- ½ ounce St. Germain liqueur, chilled
- 4 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- Fresh mint leaves
- Pour St. Germain liqueur into a Champagne flute. Add sparkling wine until glass is full. Top with a mint leaf.
- Bubbles from wine will "stir" the liqueur with sparkling wine.
Making this for a group? Use a 750-ml bottle of sparkling wine and 3-4 ounces of St. Germain Liqueur.
