Pamplemousse and Gin Cocktail

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Freshly squeeze the lime juice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, gin, Combier’s Crème de Pamplemousse Rose and bitters.
  3. Fill shaker half way with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into highball glasses filled three quarters of the way with ice.
  5. Serve with a twist of lime or grapefruit for garnish.
Notes
* For bitters I like Scrappy's Bitters (they make both grapefruit and orange, plus a variety of other flavors) or Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6.
