Pamplemousse and Gin Cocktail |

- Freshly squeeze the lime juice.
- In a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, gin, Combier’s Crème de Pamplemousse Rose and bitters.
- Fill shaker half way with ice and shake well.
- Strain into highball glasses filled three quarters of the way with ice.
- Serve with a twist of lime or grapefruit for garnish.
