Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed first)
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Process raspberries in a Vitamix or blender.
  2. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate. Lasts about 3 to 4 weeks.
