Apple Cider Rumtini

Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • 3-1/2 ounces apple cider
  • 2 ounces amber/gold rum
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Mix equal parts cinnamon and sugar on a small plate. On another small plate add water. Dip each glass in water and then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  2. Mix apple cider, rum and maple syrup in a shaker.
  3. Serve straight up in a martini glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.
Notes
To serve a crowd, increase recipe and mix in a pitcher. Can be made a few hours in advance. Glasses can be rimmed in advance, too.
