Goat Cheese with Honey and Marcona Almonds |

- 8 ounce log of goat cheese
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of flavorful honey
- ⅓ cup Marcona almonds, coarsely chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon dried culinary lavender buds
- Coarse sea salt to taste (you may not need it)
- Crackers for serving
- Place goat cheese log in a dish or on a plate.
- Generously drizzle honey all over goat cheese.
- Top with chopped Marcona almonds. If almonds aren’t too salty, you may want to add a bit of flaky sea salt.
- Sprinkle dried lavender on top.
- Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
