Goat Cheese with Honey and Marcona Almonds

Ingredients
  • 8 ounce log of goat cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of flavorful honey
  • ⅓ cup Marcona almonds, coarsely chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried culinary lavender buds
  • Coarse sea salt to taste (you may not need it)
  • Crackers for serving
Instructions
  1. Place goat cheese log in a dish or on a plate.
  2. Generously drizzle honey all over goat cheese.
  3. Top with chopped Marcona almonds. If almonds aren’t too salty, you may want to add a bit of flaky sea salt.
  4. Sprinkle dried lavender on top.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
