Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Cocktail |

- ½ ounce butterfly pea flower tea (brewed)
- 1-½ ounces vodka
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)
- 1 ounce lemon juice (~ 1 lemon)
- 1-½ ounces seltzer water
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a few culinary lavender buds
- Boil water to brew the butterfly pea flower tea. Steep 1 tea bag in ½ cup (4 ounces) of boiled water for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and refrigerate a few hours to chill.
- In a double old fashioned glass or stemless wine glass filled with ice add vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and brewed butterfly pea flower tea and stir.
- Top with seltzer water and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a few culinary lavender buds.
* ½ cup (4 ounces) of butterfly pea flower tea makes 8 drinks. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
* Tea keeps refrigerated for 2 weeks.
