Bogart’s Bitters Manhattan

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth (see Notes)
  • 3 dashes Bogart’s Bitters
  • Garnish: maraschino cherry (see Notes)
Instructions
  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add bourbon, sweet vermouth and bitters. Stir until chilled.
  2. Strain into a Nick and Nora or coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Notes
* We used our favorite sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula. Also recommended is Cocchi di Torino Vermouth.
* We recommend Luxardo cherries.
