- 1-1/2 ounces silver tequila
- ½ ounce crème de cassis
- ¾ ounces freshly squeezed lime juice (~ 1 lime)
- 2 to 3 ounces ginger beer
- Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, crème de cassis and lime juice. Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice.
- Add ginger beer and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
