Colletti Royale

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  • ½ ounce Cointreau (orange liqueur)
  • ½ ounce St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • ½ ounce blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 dashes orange bitters (see Notes)
  • Rosé Champagne or sparkling wine (preferably rosé), approximately 3 ounces
  • Garnish with blood orange wheel
Instructions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, Cointreau, St. Germain, blood orange juice, lime juice and orange bitters. Shake for about 10 seconds or until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a highball or wine glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine – about 3 ounces.
  4. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
