Lady Grey Tea with St. Germain |

- 1 bag of Lady Grey tea (regular or decaffeinated)
- 1 ounce of St. Germain (or other elderflower liqueur)
- 1 slice of lemon
- Boil filtered water. Pour about 6 ounces of water into a tea cup and add the tea bag.
- Let tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
- Stir in St. Germain.
- Add a squeeze of lemon and stir.
- Serve warm.
* You can try Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea in place of Lady Grey tea.
* Lady Grey tea was created (and trademarked) by Twinings. Other tea companies make similar teas and may call it Empress Grey or Madame Grey.
