- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1-1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
- For garnish freshly grated Parmesan cheese (about ¼ cup)
- Heat gas grill to high.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard and red pepper flakes and season with salt.
- Place sprouts on skewers – be careful not to crowd them.
- Grill, turning frequently, until sprouts are tender and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature. Garnish with Parmesan cheese just before serving.
