Grilled Peaches with Sage-Honey Skyr |

- 2 peaches
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 ounces plain fat-free Icelandic skyr or Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- Sage leaves for garnish
- Heat a gas grill to medium.
- Cut the peaches in half and remove their pits.
- Brush the cut side with olive oil and place cut side down on grill. Cook until peaches have developed grill marks and start to soften, about 4 to 5 minutes. Brush the tops with oil and turn over. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes until tops of peaches have developed grill marks and soft on top.
- Mix Icelandic skyr or Greek yogurt in a bowl with honey and sage.
- Just before serving, place two peach halves on a plate and divide the yogurt mixture among the four halves. Garnish with a few sage leaves.
