Mexico Mule

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces good-quality silver or blanco Tequila
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (~ ½ lime)
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed blood orange juice (~ ¼ orange)
  • 4 to 6 ounces of good quality ginger beer
  • Lime slice and blood orange slice (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Fill a copper mug (or highball glasses) with ice.
  2. Add Tequila, lime juice and blood orange juice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir.
  4. Garnish with a lime and blood orange slices.
Notes
* Be sure to use ginger beer and not ginger ale.
