French Radishes with Butter

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of French radishes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons European-style butter
  • Good quality coarse sea salt
Instructions
  1. Clean and trim both ends of radishes. Slice lengthwise.
  2. Bring the butter to room temperature.
  3. Arrange radishes, butter and salt on a board for serving.
  4. Spread each radish slice with butter and a sprinkle of salt.
