Garnish with a lemon slice and a few culinary lavender buds
Instructions
Boil water to brew the butterfly pea flower tea. Steep 1 tea bag in ½ cup (4 ounces) of boiled water for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and refrigerate a few hours to chill.
In a double old fashioned glass or stemless wine glass filled with ice add vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and brewed butterfly pea flower tea and stir.
Top with seltzer water and stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice and a few culinary lavender buds.
Notes
* 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of butterfly pea flower tea makes 8 drinks. Recipe can be doubled or tripled. * Tea keeps refrigerated for 2 weeks.
