In a small bowl, carefully mix together crab, red pepper, scallions and garlic. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before using.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place brie in center of an small oven-proof baking dish. Spread crab mixture over brie.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until brie is partially melted.
