Garnish with a ruby red grapefruit wedge
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in gin and lemon juice. Stir.
Top with ginger beer.

Notes
* Before squeezing a lemon, heat it in a microwave for about 20 seconds and then rub it back and forth on the counter top. This easy two-step process results in more juice per piece of fruit. * The original recipe was made with Fentimans Ginger Beer. I used Q Light Ginger Beer. Any good quality ginger beer will do.
