log of goat cheese
2 to 3
tablespoons
of flavorful honey
1/3
cup
Marcona almonds
coarsely chopped
1/8
teaspoon
dried culinary lavender buds
Coarse sea salt to taste
you may not need it
Crackers for serving
Instructions
Place goat cheese log in a dish or on a plate.
Generously drizzle honey all over goat cheese.
Top with chopped Marcona almonds. If almonds aren’t too salty, you may want to add a bit of flaky sea salt.
Sprinkle dried lavender on top.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
