Remove cheese from refrigerator an hour before serving. Then proceed with the recipe.
Place cheese wedge in a shallow bowl or plate.
Drizzle generously with truffle honey and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts.
Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
Notes
* To toast hazelnuts, preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a shallow baking pan and toast for 3 to 5 minutes until browned and fragrant. Toss pain occasionally. Watch carefully so they do not burn.
