Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts
halved

extra-virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar
2
teaspoons
honey
2
teaspoons
Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt
For garnish freshly grated Parmesan cheese
about 1/4 cup
Instructions
Heat gas grill to high.
In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard and red pepper flakes and season with salt.
Place sprouts on skewers – be careful not to crowd them.
Grill, turning frequently, until sprouts are tender and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Can be served warm or at room temperature. Garnish with Parmesan cheese just before serving.
Notes
* Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
