Instructions
Heat a gas grill to medium.
Cut the peaches in half and remove their pits.
Brush the cut side with olive oil and place cut side down on grill. Cook until peaches have developed grill marks and start to soften, about 4 to 5 minutes. Brush the tops with oil and turn over. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes until tops of peaches have developed grill marks and soft on top.
Mix Icelandic skyr or Greek yogurt in a bowl with honey and sage.
Just before serving, place two peach halves on a plate and divide the yogurt mixture among the four halves. Garnish with a few sage leaves.
