Iced Irish Coffee
A cool Irish class
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cold brew coffee
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey see Notes
- 1 ounce Irish Cream (such as Five Farms or Baileys)
- 1/2 ounce cream, half-and-half or milk
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans
Instructions
- Fill a double old fashioned glass (about 10 to 12 ounces) with ice.
- Add the cold brew, Irish whiskey, and Irish Cream.
- Stir until very cold.
- Pour the cream, half-and-half or milk over the top and stir.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans.
Notes
- For a more whiskey-forward version, increase the whiskey to 1-1/2 ounces.
