Ingredients

large ripe mango

ounces
3 cups low-fat or whole milk yogurt (not Greek style)
2
tablespoons
white sugar
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/4 to 1/2
cup
cold water
optional
Dash of cardamom
Instructions
Remove skin from mango and cut into chunks.
Place mango, yogurt, sugar and salt in a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
If it’s too thick, thin with a water – starting with 1/4 cup.
Refrigerate for about an hour until cold.
Pour into glasses, top with a dash of cardamom and serve with a straw.
