Drizzle of good quality extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle of flaky sea salt
such as Maldon
Serve with vegetables, crackers and/or baguette slices
Instructions
Spread stracciatella on a small plate.
Swirl in pesto with a spoon or knife.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
Serve with vegetables, crackers and/or baguette slices.
Notes
I used
Radish Greens Pesto
in this version but any pesto (such as
Basil Pesto
or
Freezer Basil Pesto
) works well.
