Stracciatella with Pesto
Beyond burrata bliss
Ingredients
- 8 ounces stracciatella
- 2 tablespoons (or to taste) pesto see Notes
- Drizzle of good quality extra virgin olive oil
- Sprinkle of flaky sea salt such as Maldon
- Serve with vegetables, crackers and/or baguette slices
Instructions
- Spread stracciatella on a small plate.
- Swirl in pesto with a spoon or knife.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Serve with vegetables, crackers and/or baguette slices.
Notes
- I used Radish Greens Pesto in this version but any pesto (such as Basil Pesto or Freezer Basil Pesto) works well.
